VINOFED Prize

The Vinofed Prize is awarded to the best dry wine (max. 4 g/l of sugar) of the competition, i.e. the wine with the highest score in the white, red or rosé category.

FIJEV Prizes

From this 2020 edition, the International Federation of Wine and Spirits Journalists is one of the partners of IWCB Vinarium. We will award 3 FIJEV prizes as follow:

1.            The top score for a dry white wine made of Romanian grape varieties/assemblages where Romanian varieties dominate

CRAMA VILLA VINEA – DIAMANT SELECTION 2018, Fetească Alba 50%, Fetească Regală 50%

2.            The top score for a dry rose wine made of Romanian grape varieties/assemblages where Romanian varieties dominate

WINERO – Alira Rose 2019, Fetească Neagră 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 50%

3.            The top score for a dry red wine made of Romanian grape varieties/assemblages where Romanian varieties dominate (at equal points)

BALLA GEZA WINERY – STONEWINE 2017, Fetească Neagră 60%, Cabernet Franc 40%

NICAFOR EXPERT – EGRETA LIMITED EDITION 2019, Fetească Neagră 100%
