The challenges for achieving the most important international wine competition in Romania, preparing  it to become one of the top 10 in the world, are very high.

Every year the judging panels improve its formula by attracting experienced skilled tasters, more objective in relation to wines from the competition.

Participation of producers from Republic of Moldova and Italy is facilitated by organizing of collection platforms in Chisinau, respectively, Milano.

Therefore Oenologists Union of Chisinau, offers to those interested, reception area, free of charge,   and together with IWCB provide transportation in Bucharest.

The same type of organization is developed in Milan to encourage Italian producers, communication with them being made in Italian language.

A consistent partnership has been established between IWCB and NBG (Network Business Group) to promote and sell Romanian wines which have won awards at IWCB, in Italy, in top hotels and restaurants.

A detailed action plan was pinned down for this purpose and the design of this construction will be presented in the seminar, “Romanian wines Exports in Italy „on 15 May 2013.

Similar platforms will be implemented beginning 2014 edition IWCB within other major wine regions of the world.

National Library of Romania a symbol of cultural renaissance, associates its imposing stature with the highlife of good wines. Downtown Bucharest, with spaces for specific cultural activities, the National Library will put us in the sights of international attention. Painting exhibition in wine (laviu), photography exhibition, two ingredients of novelty at IWCB. The Jury will be accompanied in a visit of the Edifice, being able to take contact with archiving area, reading rooms, and the most performing systems to select the Bibliography.
