{"id":4985,"date":"2020-05-04T15:37:44","date_gmt":"2020-05-04T15:37:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iwcb.ro\/en\/?p=4985"},"modified":"2024-05-22T17:46:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-22T17:46:00","slug":"televinarium-2020-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iwcb.ro\/en\/televinarium-2020-2\/","title":{"rendered":"TeleVINARIUM 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>The deadline for online or e-mail registration of samples and for the reception of registered samples is 15 May 2020. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\" class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><strong><em>For French scroll down<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[EN]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Considering<\/em>\nthe situation determined by the current coronavirus pandemic,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Taking into account<\/em> the new social distancing rules, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Noting<\/em>\nthe uncertainties regarding free movement and gatherings,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><em>Seeing<\/em>\nthe impasse in which the wine producers are and their need to return in the\nattention of consumers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Acknowledging<\/em>\nthe postponement and rescheduling of international contests to the second half\nof the year<sup>*<\/sup>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Having\nevaluated<\/em> the mediocre compensation efforts of\nevery government for the winemaking sector deemed as a non-priority,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Accepting<\/em>\nthe validity of the new types of actions facilitated by technology,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>BOARD OF VINARIUM <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Based\non<\/em> the Association\u2019s own statute, the OIV\nand VINOFED regulations,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Abiding by<\/em> the regular standards, but also to those attributed to combating the pandemic,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Having\nbeen ensured<\/em> of the professionalism of every\njuror and everyone\u2019s possibility to provide proper conditions for the act of\nevaluation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Being\nconvinced<\/em> that the International Organizations,\nnational authorities, the media, and the public will accept the shift to the\nnew communication technology as a solution to overcome the current impasse and\nwill acknowledge the imperative necessity to act,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>DECIDES ORGANIZING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>THE 17<sup>TH<\/sup> EDITION OF The\nVINARIUM International Wine Contest 2020 as <\/strong><strong>TeleVINARIUM<sup>**<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulations\nat a glance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The samples will be received by the Organizer<\/li><li>Each sample will be assigned a unique cellar number<\/li><li>Every sample will be arranged by type, sugar content, year of production, aromatic composition, according to OIV Annex 1<\/li><li>There will be ordered for judging day, by panel, and by flight <\/li><li>The judging will be done with the sealed samples, according to OIV Regulations<\/li><li>All the samples will be transferred to an authorized lab where each sample, under the supervision of a commission, under the highest sanitary standards, will be transferred by sterile transfer into new 100ml containers pre-prepared according to adequate bottling standards<\/li><li>The containers will be sealed and will receive the same contest number as the source samples. The organizer will apply AR (QR) control keys, for internal use<\/li><li>The samples for all four days will reach each member of the jury, according to the panel they will be part of. The expedition will be made via an express delivery service<\/li><li>The jurors will receive <strong>the judging app<\/strong> and will rate on own-devices<\/li><li>The communication with the heads of each board will take place via an officially dedicated platform<\/li><li>Each session will be opened with a general check of mandatory conditions and with the tasting and discussion of the calibration sample<\/li><li>The tasting and grading will take place in the regular way, identical with the offline. The jurors, as always, will not know other jurors\u2019 marks. The entire process will be monitored and video recorded<\/li><li>The heads of the commissions will be present in a room designated to judging and teleconference<\/li><li>The technical and procedural details will be announced well in advance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*International Contests are being rescheduled in autumn (with no certainty about the real possibility of being held); VINARIUM is firmly trying to support the white and rose wines \u2013 2019 year of production, both regarding the life of the wine as well as from a commercial standpoint<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**VINARIUM &#8211; the first international wine contest in the world, with international jurors tasting from across the globe, to be organized online<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;- <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[FR]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu de la situation cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le coronavirus,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et des nouvelles r\u00e8gles impos\u00e9es par la distanciation sociale,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenant en consid\u00e9ration les incertitudes li\u00e9es aux d\u00e9placements et aux\nrencontres,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et surtout l\u2019impasse dans laquelle les producteurs de vin se trouvent en\nm\u00eame temps que leur besoin de revenir en l\u2019attention des consommateurs,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenant acte des changements de d\u00e9lais et des calendriers des concours\ninternationaux vers la partie finale de l\u2019ann\u00e9e*,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout en \u00e9valuant les actions compensatoires de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9diocre men\u00e9es par\ntous les, gouvernements en ce qui concerne la vitiviniculture, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par\nceux-ci comme domaine non prioritaire,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acceptant la validit\u00e9 des nouveaux types d\u2019action mis \u00e0 disposition <em>via <\/em>la technologie,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>LE CONSEIL DIRECTEUR DE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>VINARIUM<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>D\u00c9CIDE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenant appui sur le statut de l\u2019Association, le\nR\u00e8glement de l\u2019OIV et de VINOFED,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le respect des normes en usage, mais aussi de celles\nqui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites pour combattre l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comptant sur le professionnalisme de chaque jur\u00e9 et sur\nla possibilit\u00e9 de tous les membres du jury d\u2019assurer les conditions sp\u00e9cifiques\nd\u2019\u00e9valuation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convaincus que les organisations internationales, les\nautorit\u00e9s nationales, le mass-m\u00e9dia et le public accepteront sans r\u00e9serve les\nnouvelles technologies comme solution possible pour sortir de l\u2019impasse\nglobale, et qu\u2019ils prendront conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 imp\u00e9rative de l\u2019action,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>L\u2019ORGANISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>&nbsp;de la XVIIe Edition du Concours International\nde Vins VINARIUM 2020 comme TeleVINARIUM**<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notes explicatives :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les\n\u00e9chantillons seront remis \u00e0 l\u2019organisateur<\/li><li>Chaque\n\u00e9chantillon aura un num\u00e9ro unique de cave<\/li><li>Tous\nles \u00e9chantillons seront ordonn\u00e9s selon le type, le mill\u00e9sime, le sucre\nr\u00e9siduel, les composantes aromatiques, en conformit\u00e9 avec l\u2019Annexe no I de\nl\u2019OIV<\/li><li>En\nvue de l\u2019\u00e9valuation, les \u00e9chantillons seront group\u00e9s par jours, commissions, s\u00e9ries<\/li><li>Les\n\u00e9chantillons seront anonymis\u00e9s, en conformit\u00e9 avec le R\u00e8glement de l\u2019OIV<\/li><li>Tous\nles \u00e9chantillons seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans un laboratoire autoris\u00e9, o\u00f9, en pr\u00e9sence\nd\u2019une commission, dans le respect de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire, chacun sera\ntransvas\u00e9 en milieu aseptique dans des r\u00e9cipients neufs de 100 ml, pr\u00e9par\u00e9s\nconform\u00e9ment aux standards de mise en bouteille<\/li><li>Les\nr\u00e9cipients seront \u00e9tanch\u00e9is\u00e9s, et un num\u00e9ro de concours leur sera attribu\u00e9, le\nm\u00eame que celui de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon d\u2019origine. L\u2019organisateur appliquera la cl\u00e9 de\ncontr\u00f4le AR (QR) \u00e0 usage interne<\/li><li>Les\n\u00e9chantillons pour les quatre jours seront remis \u00e0 chaque membre du jury, selon\nla r\u00e9partition par commission. Les produits leur parviendront par courrier\nrapide<\/li><li>Les d\u00e9gustateurs-juges\nrecevront <strong>l\u2019application \u00e0 juger<\/strong> et\nvont noter les \u00e9chantillons sur leurs dispositifs en usage<\/li><li>La\ncommunication avec les responsables des commissions sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur une plateforme\nd\u00e9di\u00e9e<\/li><li>Les\nsessions seront ouvertes par une v\u00e9rification g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du respect des\nconditions obligatoires, et continueront par la d\u00e9gustation et le commentaire\nde l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de calibrage<\/li><li>La d\u00e9gustation\net la notation se d\u00e9rouleront dans des conditions identiques au contexte offline.\nLes jur\u00e9s d\u2019une commission, selon la pratique courante, ne conna\u00eetront pas les\nnotes de leurs coll\u00e8gues.
