The upper part displays an engraved crest with a rampant lion and a crown, reminiscent of European royal coats of arms, but enriched with a Georgian decorative touch. This element supports a visual narrative of nobility, tradition, and authenticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The background consists of a subtly textured pattern, similar to a medieval tapestry, creating a rich cultural layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Typography \u2013 a conceptual play:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The text <strong>\u201cWI de\u2019 NO\u201d<\/strong> is an elegant visual and phonetic play. The font features tall letters with classical proportions, adding a sense of prestige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The insertion of <strong>\u201cde\u2019\u201d<\/strong> between the main letters introduces a Renaissance note \u2014 reminiscent of Italian noble titles &#8211; reinforcing the concept of a wine with historic origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Color palette:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deep blue with gold &#8211; a classic royal contrast, evoking seriousness and luxury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Ataman Roze 2024, Hamangia Winery, Romania<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>ATAMAN Roze wine label<\/strong> is an example of minimalist graphic design with strong symbolic meaning and excellent typographic coherence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key elements for graphic analysis:<\/strong> composition and visual balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central shape evokes a stylized boat, finely outlined, suggesting protection, tradition, and \u201cfloating\u201d \u2014 archaic and identity-based themes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central symbol (resembling the \u201ctree of life\u201d) is stylized through black, geometric, symmetrical lines, evoking an archaic alphabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The graphic imagery suggests cultural roots, strength, and verticality \u2014 a metaphor for stability, tradition, and aspiration in winemaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this label, the graphic forms have a dual function: decorative and semantic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>\u201cATAMAN\u201d<\/strong> font is bold, modern, sans-serif, with letters perfectly balanced along the vertical axis. The letter \u201cA\u201d, with its graphic accent at the top, hints at ascension or a spearhead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a memorable title with strong visual impact and excellent clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Color palette:<\/strong> The subtle pink of the label harmonizes with the hue of the wine, without competing with the design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fine pale red outline adds depth without becoming garish. The moderate use of color (black, white, pale pink) keeps the label elegant and refined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subtle branding:<\/strong> The small \u201cDomeniile Hamangia\u201d logo and the \u201cROZE\u201d inscription are discreetly placed, without breaking the graphic coherence \u2014 an example of intelligent branding that doesn\u2019t disrupt the composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>\u201cAtaman Ros\u00e9\u201d<\/strong> label is an exercise in balancing archaic symbolism with contemporary aesthetics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The design stands out through clarity, refinement, and iconic strength \u2014 as it is appropriate for a true Pathfinder!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Pata Negra \u2013 Tempranillo Crianza 2020, Ribera del Duero, Garc\u00eda Carri\u00f3n, Spain<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visual Composition and Graphic Elements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The label presents a vertical, elongated composition, where the blue-drawn design evokes the geographical course of the Duero River and the vineyards of this renowned wine region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central element is a stylized map marked with key towns along the river \u2014 an inspired choice that highlights the origin of the grapes and respect for the terroir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The font used for the inscription <strong>\u201cPATA NEGRA\u201d<\/strong>, with its Gothic calligraphic inspiration, adds an air of nobility and tradition, rendered in a royal blue that contrasts elegantly with the subtly textured matte background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This chromatic decision \u2014 like \u201cblue blood\u201d \u2014 brings a regal accent through the sobriety of the overall composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ippu.ro\/\">IPPU Packaging<\/a>and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kurz.hu\/ro\/\">KURZ Romania<\/a>&nbsp;will offer three prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each prize includes the production of 5,000 sets of labels (front and back).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurz Romania will handle the premium embellishment using the most attractive foils and decoration tools, while IPPU will provide technical and graphic assistance to ensure high-quality print execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>*IPPU Packaging<\/em><\/strong><em>, part of the Prime Label group, has over 30 years of experience in self-adhesive label printing and covers more than 75% of Romania\u2019s wine label market.
