The registering taxes values do not include VAT.

The price of taxes shown on the invoice will be the same as price shown on the site, at the time of registration.

Payment of the fees shall be made in cash, payment order or by credit/debit card at the placing  of online registration.

Disputes

By using the website and registering the products on this site, the user was informed that the Romanian Laws shall govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute, of any kind, which might arise, between the user and S.C. ASER Consulting & Management S.R.L., will be treated by the Romanian Laws. In case of a potential conflict between S.C. ASER Consulting & Management S.R.L. and its clients, an amicable solution will be tried first, in a minimum of 30 working days.

If an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be solved by the competent legal authorities, according to the Romanian Laws in force.

Miscellaneous

If any from the above clauses will be found zero or invalid, for whatever reason, this will not affect the validity of other clauses.

Once with the order launch, the customer accepts without objections Terms and Conditions of use, their value being the same with a concluded contract.

In agreement with these Terms and Conditions, customer fully assumes the rights and obligations arising from registration of samples in the competition on www.iwcb.ro.
